With my.Switch2 say goodbye to paper bills

Using the my.Switch2 customer portal, means you can download and pay your Switch2 bill online; no more waiting for the postie – quick and easy access to view and pay your bill online.

This portal is an easy to use online service that gives you access to your customer account, previous bills and meter readings. It also includes tips on how you can save money by reducing your energy usage.

Once you have registered on my.Switch2, you will automatically receive an email alert when each new bill is ready to view online, and you will no longer receive a paper bill; a secure, automatic service that will save trees in the process!

If you currently receive bills by email from us, this will now stop. This will avoid duplication. Instead, we will send you an email alert when each new bill is ready to view online.

Why the change? At Switch2 we strive to continuously improve our services. We believe giving access to your accounts at any time of the day or night will benefit you. Switch2 are committed to supporting the reduction of CO2 emissions and other environmental initiatives.

Amendment to these Terms and Conditions

We do keep these terms and conditions under regular review and we reserve the right to amend and alter these terms and conditions at any time so please do check each time you use our Website. In the event these terms and conditions are altered we will post the amended Terms and Conditions on our Website. Changes will apply from the date of posting.

If we need to send any notices under these terms and conditions to you and you have given us your contact details, we will do this by communicating them to you via phone, text message, electronic messaging, e-mail or mail.
